New edition of the "Investing in Luxembourg" guide
BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg has just published the new edition of its “Investing in Luxembourg” guide to coincide with the MIPIM (leading worldwide property event), to be held in Cannes (France) from 11 to 14 March.
The aim of this forty-page guide drawn up in English is to present information on Luxembourg's investment vehicles.
The booklet is structured around three main topics: an overview of
Luxembourg real estate investment vehicles, the legal and regulatory
framework of Luxembourg and the tax specificities of regulated and
unregulated structures, all in the framework of the AIFMD (Alternative
Investment Fund Managers Directive).
This Guide was developed in collaboration with ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry), the consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and the legal firm Clifford Chance.
This guide is available on the BNP Paribas Real Estate Luxembourg website.
The “Investing in Luxembourg” guide is also available on the BNP Paribas Real Estate stand at MIPIM from March 11 to 14 (Palais des festivals de Cannes – Hall Riviera / Stand R31/41).
