BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management Belgium has been appointed by IVG Group to manage its entire real estate asset portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg. The assignment includes the management of 30 buildings, with 24 located in Belgium and 6 in Luxembourg, representing a total surface area of 263,000 sq m.

The emblematic buildings in Brussels include the "North Gate" (60,000 sq m), the "Artbel – Arts 46" (12,500 sq m), the “City Garden” (10,000 sq m) and the "BT Building – The Hub" (13,700 sq m), in addition to the "The Square" (54,000 sq m), located in Luxembourg.
