BNP Paribas Real Estate strengthens its BeLux organisation
BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its international organisational structure and therefore announces new appointments
BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its international organisational structure and therefore announces the following appointments:
- Frédéric van de Putte, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Belgium will also be responsible of the supervision and development of the Property Management activities for Luxembourg.
- François van den Branden, Head of Investment of BNP Paribas Real Estate Belgium will also be in charge of Investment for Luxembourg.
- Dominique Moerenhout becomes CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg and Belgium.
- Benjamin Limbourg heads up the activities Letting and Sales to Users for BNP Paribas Real Estate Luxembourg.
Guillaume Delattre, Executive Regional Head International Advisory de BNP Paribas Real Estate, explains this strategy: “More
than ever, our clients seek a cross-functional view of their markets
combined with considerable local expertise. We believe it is important
to assist them in this process by broadening the regional scope of our
teams. After doing it last year for Central and Eastern Europe, we are
now putting this system in place for Belgium and Luxembourg”.
All will work under the authority of the managers of BNP Paribas Real
Estate’s international business lines. Property Management and Advisory
Services are headed respectively by Lauric Leclerc and Guillaume
Delattre, under the responsibility of Thierry Laroue-Pont, Deputy
Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate. Investment Management is
headed by Henri Faure, also Deputy Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real
Estate.
Biography of Frédéric van de Putte
Frédéric
van de Putte (37 years old), CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Belgium
since 2007, will also be responsible of the supervision and development
of the Property Management activities for Luxembourg.
Frédéric
has 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector. Previously, he was
active as lawyer specialized in Real Estate (Linklaters).
Frederic holds a master in Law from UCL and a Master in Real Estate from
the Solvay Business School. Frédéric is certified IPI and MRICS.
Biography of François van den Branden
François
van den Branden (41 years old), Head of Investment of BNP Paribas Real
Estate Belgium since 2010, will also be in charge of Investment
Transaction for Luxembourg.
Before joining the group, he held
different positions of growing responsibilities for Jones Lang LaSalle,
including Business Assistant to Belux Managing Director, Key Account
Manager Capital Markets Belux, Associate Director Capital Markets and
National Director Capital Markets.
François holds a Master in Economics and Commercial Studies from the Brussels Management School.
Biography of Dominique Moerenhout
Dominique Moerenhout (39 years old) is appointed Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas REIM Luxembourg and Belgium.
Dominique has been Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board at BNP Paribas Real Estate UK.
Dominique is of Belgian nationality and is very familiar with
Luxembourg, having worked there for seven years, including five years at
Fortis Private Real Estate, and two years at BNP Paribas Real Estate
Luxembourg where he was COO and a member of the Board.
Dominique speaks five languages, including Dutch and Luxembourgish.
Dominique holds a Master from the ICHEC Brussels Management School.
Biography of Benjamin Limbourg
Benjamin
Limbourg (37 years old) is Director Letting and Sales of BNP Paribas
Real Estate Luxembourg since 2009, after three years as senior
consultant.
Before that, Benjamin held different marketing
positions as Key Account Manager in different fields of activity (food,
information technology, and office supply).
Benjamin holds a master in marketing from the EPHEC (Brussels) and a master in hotel from the ECSSAC (Liège).
