Two major transactions have recently been completed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Luxembourg with the acquisition of two properties for the Investment Fund “Aérium”.

Aérium concluded two transactions transferring the rights of properties located in Luxembourg: the Hotel de Paris and the building C belonging to the European Bank & Business Center (EBBC). Both transactions were advised by Atisreal Luxembourg, which conducted all the negotiations between the parties on an exclusive basis.

The “Hôtel de Paris” is a multi-usage property combining office and retail areas, and which is fully let to prestigious tenants such as Dexia BIL and the law firm Clifford Chance.

The building C of the EBBC is composed of 7 floors and 5.080 m² of office areas and 190 parking spaces. The property is fully let since last year to JP Morgan, which already occupies an other building in the EBBC (building F).

All the investment transactions completed this year reinforce the positioning of BNP Paribas Real Estate as a leader on the office market in Luxembourg, and clearly prove our ability to advise our clients on the best investment opportunities available on the market.
